Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited in India seeks a sales professional to drive gold loan growth in Haryana/Jhajjar. You will identify potential customers, generate leads through various channels, and educate clients on gold loan products, rates, and required RBI-compliant KYC documentation.

You will also lead branch-level marketing, maintain a healthy pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups to control NPAs, and pursue cross-sell of third-party products. 3+ years of relevant experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product/sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products.

• Identify potential customers requiring gold loan.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to improve branch visibility.
• Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
• Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
• Plan, conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion branch growth.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
