Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp in Rajasthan is seeking a Branch Marketing Lead with 5+ years of experience in gold loan sales or asset products. You will drive field marketing, ensure branch visibility, engage customers, verify KYC, and process loan disbursals while managing NPAs and coordinating with teams for branch growth.

You will also train staff, maintain compliance, and promote cross-selling of third-party products, contributing to consolidated branch performance and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products

Responsibilities

• Drive & participate in field marketing activities with the team to improve branch visibility.
• Plan, conduct & monitor branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads for business conversion.
• Focus on customer engagement & appraisal of gold ornaments with correct weight & purity as per policy and audit compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping pledged ornaments as per policy.
• Verify customer KYC documents, process application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, interest payment transactions on customer requests.
• Authorize transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Maintain NPAs control through strong follow ups on interest collections.
• Plan effectively for smooth branch functioning and develop cohesiveness within the team.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train employees and provide timely feedback on performance.
• Maintain quality & performance of the business, prepare reports and drive growth in the branch.
• Increase gold loan business and cross-sell other third-party products.
• Ensure 100% process compliance at branch for correct valuation and maintenance.

• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality & performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
• Responsible for correct valuation & maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
