Job summary

BFSI connect is seeking a diligent professional to drive Affordable HL/LAP sourcing through DSA networks and open market channels. You will perform credit appraisal, income assessment, and document verification while building relationships with DSAs and channel partners.

The role requires handling both sales and credit responsibilities, with emphasis on portfolio quality, compliance, and achieving monthly targets. Prior experience in the HL/LAP segment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL/LAP segment.
• MBA or B.Tech qualification.
• Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting & documentation.
• Ability to handle sales + credit responsibilities.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
