• Pay Details : Up to Rs. 4.5 LPA + Incentives
• Must Have :

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL or LAP segment.

  • MBA or B.Tech

  • Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing.

  • Knowledge of credit underwriting & documentation.

  • Ability to handle sales + credit responsibilities effectively.

  • Good communication and analytical skills.

  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.

Key Responsibilities :

Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.

Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.

Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.

Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.

Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.

Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.

Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
