Job summary

BFSI connect in Maharashtra seeks a driven professional to source Affordable HL/LAP business through DSA channels and open market sourcing, perform credit appraisal, and financial analysis.

You will manage DSAs, ensure compliance, and coordinate login, sanction, and disbursement with internal teams, aiming to achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.

Required: 1 year in Affordable HL or LAP, MBA or B.Tech, strong communication and field orientation, and hands-on DSA sourcing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL or LAP segment.
• MBA or B.Tech.
• Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting & documentation.
• Ability to handle sales + credit responsibilities.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
