Job summary

BFSI connect is seeking a field-oriented professional in Pune to source business through DSA networks for Affordable HL/LAP and to conduct credit appraisal with income assessment and document verification.

You will maintain portfolio quality, coordinate with internal teams for disbursement, and drive monthly sourcing targets while ensuring strict compliance with credit policies.

Qualifications

• MBA or B.Tech is required.
• Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing and Affordable HL/LAP is essential.
• Experience in credit underwriting and documentation.
• Ability to manage both sales and credit responsibilities.
• Good communication and analytical skills are required.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
