Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL or LAP segment.
• MBA or B.Tech
• Hands‑on experience in DSA sourcing.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting & documentation.
• Ability to handle sales + credit responsibilities effectively.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self‑driven, field‑oriented, and target‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow‑ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
