BFSI connect in Maharashtra seeks a Credit Sourcing Executive to grow Affordable HL/LAP business. You will source, assess risk, and manage DSAs and channel partners while ensuring compliance.

You will coordinate with internal teams, meet monthly targets, and deliver strong portfolio quality through underwriting and income verification.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL or LAP segment.
• MBA or B.Tech
• Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting & documentation.
• Ability to handle sales + credit responsibilities effectively.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.
