BFSI connect is seeking a field-oriented credit and sourcing professional in the affordable HL/LAP segment. You will source business through DSA networks and open market channels, perform credit appraisals, and help manage portfolio quality.

The role requires 1 year in affordable HL/LAP, hands-on DSA sourcing, and strong communication. Expect target-driven execution with field work and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Affordable HL or LAP segment.
• MBA or B.Tech qualification is required.
• Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting & documentation.
• Ability to handle sales + credit responsibilities.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
