BFSI connect is seeking a field-based Credit & Sourcing Executive for the affordable HL/LAP segment in Himatnagar. You will source business through DSA networks and open market channels, conduct credit appraisal, income assessment, and document verification to ensure quality disbursements.

The role requires 1 year of experience in affordable HL or LAP, MBA or B.Tech, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-driven, target-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in DSA sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
