Job summary

Girnar Insurance Brokers is seeking Relationship Managers (Motor) in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The role focuses on meeting potential POSP agents, servicing existing POS, and driving motor insurance sales growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have insurance background and strong relationship management skills, with willingness to travel frequently to cover the geographic area and support the sales process end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have hands-on experience in General Insurance or with an Insurance Brokerage Firm.
• Should know the local agent network.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and identifying customer needs.
• Capable of developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
