Job summary

Girnar Insurance Brokers seeks a sales-focused insurance professional to meet POSP agents across the assigned region and service existing POS, driving sales growth. You will coordinate with the head office and create offline training materials to support POSP servicing.

The role requires local agent network knowledge, frequent travel, and an insurance background with agency experience to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be from Insurance Background having hands-on experience in agency vertical in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm.
• Should know local agent network.
• Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
• Managing relationships with customers.
• Identifying and communicating customer needs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
