Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India invites a dynamic sales professional to recruit, onboard, and nurture Life Insurance Advisors/Agents in the Rajamahendravaram region. You will focus on building a productive agency, guiding advisors in prospecting, meetings, and policy conversions to reach set targets.

Ideal candidates bring 2–6 years in life insurance or related BFSI fields and a proven track record in advisor recruitment and management.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop new Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Build and maintain a productive agency force in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Activate new advisors and improve productivity of existing advisors.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with advisors.
• Guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversion.
• Develop advisor-wise business plans and track performance against targets.
