Job summary

Bwise Solutions in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a driven Life Insurance Advisor recruitment professional to build and manage a productive advisor force, recruit and onboard new agents, and drive business targets.

You will conduct regular training, lead performance reviews, guide advisors in lead generation and policy conversions, and develop advisor-specific business plans to monitor progress against goals.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
