Job summary

Bwise Solutions in Davanagere, Karnataka, is seeking a dynamic Life Insurance Agency Sales professional to recruit, onboard and develop a productive advisor force. You will guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation, meetings, and policy conversion to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance or field sales, with a track record in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop new Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Build and maintain a productive agency force in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Activate new advisors and improve the productivity of existing advisors.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with advisors.
• Guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversion.
• Develop advisor-wise business plans and track performance against targets.
