Job summary

Bwise Solutions in Bareilly, India seeks a Life Insurance Agency Sales Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop a productive advisor force.

You will guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and policy conversions, and oversee performance reviews, training sessions, and business planning to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

2-6 years in life insurance or related sales is required; experience in recruiting and managing agents is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
