Bwise Solutions in Tirupati is seeking a field sales professional to recruit, onboard and develop Life Insurance Advisors/Agents, building a productive agency force in the assigned territory.

You will drive performance by training, leading meetings, and guiding advisors on prospecting, lead generation and policy conversions to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Qualificações

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Activate new advisors and improve the productivity of existing advisors.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with advisors.
• Guide advisors in prospecting, lead generation, customer meetings, and policy conversion.
• Develop advisor-wise business plans and track performance against targets.
