Job summary

Bwise Solutions in Mahbubnagar, Telangana seeks a results-driven Life Insurance Agency Sales professional to recruit, onboard and develop Advisors/Agents, and to build a productive agency force in the assigned territory.

You will work to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets, activate new advisors and improve productivity, and conduct regular meetings, trainings and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
