Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India is seeking a Life Insurance Agency Manager to lead and grow a productive advisor network in Karnataka. You will recruit, onboard, develop, and coach life insurance advisors, set business targets, and drive performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

Responsibilities include conducting regular meetings, training, performance reviews, guiding advisors in prospecting, and creating advisor-specific business plans while tracking progress against targets.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking, or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
