Job summary

Bwise Solutions is hiring in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh for a role focused on recruiting, onboarding, and developing Life Insurance Advisors. You will build a productive agency, drive retention, and work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in life insurance or BFSI, with experience recruiting and managing advisors. Strong leadership and coaching skills are required to guide teams to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, banking or field sales.
• Experience in recruiting and managing insurance advisors/agents is highly preferred.
