Insta Property Hint Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Relationship Manager Real Estate to build strong client relationships, present property options, and drive sales in residential and commercial sectors from Wakad.

The role involves lead generation, site visits, investment guidance, negotiating deals, and coordinating with marketing and operations to close transactions. 0–2 years' experience and fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years experience; fresher/pre-sales; prior real estate experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Identify client requirements and recommend residential/commercial projects.
• Organize and conduct property site visits for clients.
• Provide professional advice on investment opportunities, property trends, and regulatory changes.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Position Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales in the real estate sector. The role involves understanding client needs, providing property solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
