UltraTech Cement is seeking a Channel Relationship Manager for its Building Products Division in Bihar. The role focuses on marketing planning, business development, and maintaining strong dealer relationships.

The candidate should have MBA (Sales & Marketing) and 2-5 years of relevant experience in channel sales, with emphasis on customer engagement and cross-functional coordination. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bihar.

Qualifications

• MBA in Sales & Marketing with relevant domain exposure.
• 2-5 years of experience in channel/field sales or building materials.
• Experience in building products market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Monitor geography for growth opportunities and market trends.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Commercial teams to meet schedules and customer needs.
• Monitor customer credit limits and ensure terms are met within approved limits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders to strengthen business relations.
• Prepare MIS reports on market activities, collections, feedback, and competitor intelligence.

Job Description:

Marketing Planning & Business Development

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Monitor the allotted geographic territory and identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Liaise with Production, Logistics, and Commercial departments to meet daily schedules and customer requirements.

Credit Control & Collections

• Monitor customer credit limits and ensure business is conducted within approved credit terms.
• Coordinate with customers for timely payment collection within the stipulated credit period.

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Initiate customer engagement activities to strengthen business relationships and enhance customer satisfaction

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to market activities, collections, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.
• Share regular updates with management on market developments, business performance, and customer engagement activities.
