Job summary

UltraTech Cement is seeking an Area Manager, Tech Cust Solutions to lead technical customer services, drive product demonstrations, and manage samples and complaints. You will coordinate with dealers, analyze issues, and support brand promotion initiatives.

The role focuses on delivering timely samples, presenting product features, and maintaining MIS data while feeding market insights to stakeholders. Based in India with field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of work experience.
• Experience in product demonstrations and sampling.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and dealers and manage related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute product sample requests within 48 hours under normal conditions.
• Verify sample quality and application performance after execution.
• Coordinate with contractors and dealers and manage related documentation/bills.
• Create product awareness through technical presentations and customer interactions.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications during customer meetings.
• Support customer engagement and brand promotion activities.
• Attend customer complaints on the same day and ensure prompt action.
• Coordinate with the R&D team for investigation of quality-related complaints.
• Verify application-related issues and provide resolution.
• Maintain MIS reports related to technical services activities.
• Gather and report competitor information, new products, and market developments on an ongoing basis.
• Share market insights and competitor updates with relevant stakeholders.
