Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive customer acquisition in the assigned area. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and scale Micro LAP business and gold-backed secured loans (Suvarna).

You will nurture partner relationships, perform cold calls and daily sales activities, manage end-to-end loan processing, and act as the face of the organization in the market while ensuring high-quality customer service and insurance cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and customer acquisition.
• Ability to manage referrals and partnerships.
• Proficiency in local language and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP business.
• Generate leads and conduct cold calls to potential customers.
• Make daily sales calls as per the plan and nurture partnerships with referral networks.
• Activate referral partners for new business and manage the customer journey end-to-end.
• Provide doorstep service and support loan processing; bridge between customers and branches.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers; support collections and early mortality activities.
• Be the face of the organization in the assigned area and learn company policies.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
