Job summary

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Sales to drive sales targets and build a strong member base. The role involves presenting membership plans, conducting face-to-face meetings, and managing relationships with existing members to generate referrals.

You will coordinate with events and corporate activities, maintain reports, and leverage an attractive incentive structure with travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in direct/field sales or related sectors.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Graduate in any discipline.

• Convince and close sales by handling customer objections and queries. Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them Maintain relationships with existing members and generate referrals from them.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Adept in field sales, and customer meetings Face-to-Face during events. Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Flexible for work timing & rotational week off.
