Responsabilidades

• Achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment at Onsite Venue (Club Mahindra Resorts).
• Interact with members and develop new engagement approaches.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations for membership upgrades, referrals, and new sales.
• Resolve member/customer conflicts wherever applicable.
• Maintain strong client relationships and high levels of customer service.
• Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the resort.
• Stay updated with the organization’s products and services.
• Maintain consistent average productivity.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for dynamic candidates with 1-5 years experience who want to build a career in Direct Sales. You will be required to make powerful and successful sales presentations in different settings; to keep abreast with the organization's products and services; to crack profitable deals and referrals to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment at Onsite Venue. (Club Mahindra Resorts)
• Have constant member interactions and come out with new ways to engage members.
• Make powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio – for membership up gradations, references and new sales
• Resolve member/ customer conflicts wherever applicable.
• Maintain strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
• Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the resort.
• Keep abreast with the organization's products and services.
• Maintain Consistent Average Productivity.
