Square Yards in Bengaluru is hiring for an on-site real estate sales role. You will handle end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties, engage with leads in CRM, and conduct site visits for interested clients.

Role requires 1 year of sales experience, strong communication in Hindi and English, and MS Office/CRM proficiency. You will manage negotiations with buyers and aim for 5–6 property visits weekly.

Competenze

• Graduate from any discipline preferred.
• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Hindi & English; local language is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, Sales & Negotiations skills.
