Square Yards in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive end-to-end property sales through CRM leads and conduct frequent site visits for interested clients.

The role requires strong communication, fluency in Hindi and English, and proven sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset. A two-wheeler is preferred for frequent client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (local language is an added advantage).
• Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and a results-driven mindset.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry preferred.
• Candidates should be currently employed or serving a notice period.
• Must own a two-wheeler, as the role requires frequent client meetings and site visits.
