Job summary

SquareYards in Bengaluru is seeking a target-driven sales executive to drive end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through CRM leads, conduct site visits, and manage negotiations to close deals. You will meet weekly site-visit targets and aim for successful closures.

The role offers a 5-day work week, a fixed CTC of 4–6 Lakh per year, uncapped incentives, ESOPs, and performance-based hikes with promotion potential based on results.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

• A graduate from any discipline is preferred
• 6 months - 3 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
• Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period

Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

• Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
• Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
• CTC – 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced only )
• 5 Day work week
• Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
• Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
