Job summary

Leap is seeking energetic sales professionals to manage a large pool of students pursuing study abroad opportunities. You will focus on converting enquiries, pitching IELTS and related services, and coordinating with counsellors to move applications and visa processes forward.

The role emphasizes strong communication, persistent follow-ups, and a proactive approach to guiding students through the study abroad journey, including visa assistance and counselling support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Convince students to book IELTS exams and pitch LeapScholar’s offerings.
• Drive conversions in the lead pipeline through Voice and Non-Voice processes.
• Collaborate with counsellors to process applications and visas.
• Follow up with students and keep them engaged until visa processing is complete.
• Gather feedback from students and address their doubts.
• Act as a bridge between counsellor and student.

Job description

We are looking for absolute sales rock stars who are comfortable with overseas education. This role will require them to be very comfortable with their screen presence and managing a large pool of students in their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Convincing the students to book IELTS exams with us.Pitch LeapScholar's various offerings including IELTS, Counselling, Application Filing,Visa services, etc
• Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through Voice and Non Voice Process.
• Working together with counsellors in processing the application and Visa
• Doing multiple follow ups with students and keeping the student engaged till visa.
• Getting the feedback from students and helping them in clearing their doubts.
• Working as a Bridge between Counsellor and Student.

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of proven sales track record and high ticket sales experience would be a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
