Job summary

SquareYards is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end property sales. You will manage leads in CRM, conduct site visits, and lead negotiations to close deals with buyers. The role targets 5–6 site visits weekly and offers uncapped incentives for performance.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 6 months to 4 years of sales experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, confident attitude. 2-wheeler is preferred for client meetings.

Qualifications

• A graduate from any discipline is preferred.
• 6 months - 4 years of sales experience in any industry is preferred.
• Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period.

Responsibilities

Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

• Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
• Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
• CTC - 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced only )
• 5 Day work week
• Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
• Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
