Job summary

GIPS Consultancy seeks a Senior leadership role in Wealth Relationship Management in Jaipur. The successful candidate will head the Wealth RM team, guiding a group of RM professionals to deliver premium client experiences for HNIs and drive enhanced deposit pools.

You will focus on onboarding HNIs into the Preferred program, expanding cross-sell of non-deposit products, and achieving set cross-selling targets while leading with sales excellence and strategic client engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience and liabilities products knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Head of Wealth RM team; will manage and guide a team of Wealth RM professionals.
• Responsible for onboarding high net-worth (HNI) clients into the Preferred program and delivering enhanced customer experience.
