Job summary

Birla Opus is seeking a Learning & Development professional in Rajasthan to execute region-wide capability building interventions and manage the central learning calendar. You will implement training programs, measure effectiveness, collect feedback, and collaborate with line managers for action plans.

The role also drives Knowledge Management adoption and supports digitization across the zone. The candidate will coordinate with the ABC L&D team and other functions to roll out group-wide

Responsibilities

• To execute state/territory wide capability building interventions
• To implement the central learning calendar designed, and to also run additional development programs as per local business need
• Provide inputs for training content aligned with key business objectives
• Executing and tracking defined training effectiveness metrics
• Deliver the training programs and collect and analyze feedback from employees
• Executing follow up action plans in collaboration with line managers
• Implement programs responding to business exigencies / specific needs and central initiatives
• Coordinate with the central ABC L&D Team with other support functions for group training initiatives
• Drive Knowledge Management adoption and usage across the region; support digitization initiatives and online assessments

  • o To support Lead-L&D in implementing the Functional L&D framework in the assigned region, which includes: o Providing inputs for development of training content in line with key business objectives
  • o Executing and tracking of defined training effectiveness metrics
  • o Deliver the training programs and collect and analyze feedback from employees
  • o Executing follow up action plans in collaboration with line managers
  • o Implement programs responding to business exigencies / specific needs and central initiatives
  • o Coordinate with the central ABC L&D Team along with other support functions for implementation of group wise training initiatives
  • o Knowledge Management: o To drive adoption and usage Knowledge Management System along with other digitization initiatives across the assigned region and ensure online assessment is implemented. Support employees and staff across the zone as required on these technology platforms
