Job summary

Aditya Birla Insulators seeks a Regional L&D Specialist to drive capability building across the state/territory and to carry out the central learning calendar with local adaptations. You will collaborate with the LeadL&D team and line managers to shape training content aligned with key business objectives and deliver programs across the assigned region.

You will also deliver training, collect and analyze participant feedback, track learning effectiveness, and support digital learning initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing L&D interventions.
• Ability to design content aligned with business objectives.
• Experience with regional/state level programs is preferred.

• Execute capability-building interventions at the state/territory level.

Job description

• To execute state/territory wide capability building interventions
• To implement the central learning calendar designed, and to also run additional development programs as per local business need
  • To support LeadL&D in implementing the Functional L&D framework in the assigned region, which includes: Providing inputs for development of training content in line with key business objectives
  • Executing and tracking of defined training effectiveness metrics
  • Deliver the training programs and collect and analyze feedback from employees
  • Executing follow up action plans in collaboration with line managers
  • Implement programs responding to business exigencies / specific needs and central initiatives
  • Coordinate with the central ABC L&D Team along with other support functions for implementation of group wise training initiatives
  • Knowledge Management: To drive adoption and usage Knowledge Management System along with other digitization initiatives across the assigned region and ensure online assessment is implemented. Support employees and staff across the zone as required on these technology platforms
