Job summary

Aditya Birla Group's Paints division seeks a Regional Training Manager to drive capability-building interventions across the India region, including Rajasthan and Jodhpur, in alignment with central L&D initiatives.

You will implement the learning calendar, develop content, deliver programs, measure training effectiveness, and coordinate with line managers to sustain knowledge management initiatives and digitization efforts.

Job Description:

• o To execute state/territory wide capability building interventions
• o To implement the central learning calendar designed, and to also run additional development programs as per local business need
  • o To support Lead-L&D in implementing the Functional L&D framework in the assigned region, which includes: o Providing inputs for development of training content in line with key business objectives
  • o Executing and tracking of defined training effectiveness metrics
  • o Deliver the training programs and collect and analyze feedback from employees
  • o Executing follow up action plans in collaboration with line managers
  • o Implement programs responding to business exigencies / specific needs and central initiatives
  • o Coordinate with the central ABC L&D Team along with other support functions for implementation of group wise training initiatives
  • o Knowledge Management: o To drive adoption and usage Knowledge Management System along with other digitization initiatives across the assigned region and ensure online assessment is implemented. Support employees and staff across the zone as required on these technology platforms
