Job summary

Lenskart in Bengaluru is seeking a training specialist to drive performance improvements across stores in the region. You will observe on-floor selling behaviors, diagnose gaps with data, and design targeted coaching programs (1:1 and group).

The role emphasizes coaching Store Managers and frontline staff, delivering classroom sessions, and tracking KPIs to ensure consistent regional impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute performance improvement plans for bottom quartile stores/performers across the region.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe on-floor behaviors, selling skills, and customer interactions.
• Diagnose skill, knowledge, and behavioral gaps using data, observations, and stakeholder inputs.
• Design and deliver targeted re-training and coaching interventions (1:1 and group-based).
• Track post-training performance improvements using defined KPIs such as sales, conversion, and Customer service metrics.
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to Store Managers and frontline sales teams.
• Support classroom training programs as required, ensuring alignment with regional and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Store Managers and Area Managers to ensure training effectiveness and consistency.
• Share best practices, success stories, and learning insights across the region.
• Maintain training quality, documentation, and reporting on regional performance improvement initiatives.
