Job summary

Lodha in Mumbai seeks a Regional Trainer for Hospitality (L&D) to drive comprehensive training coverage across sites, deliver classroom and OJT, and ensure 100% certification compliance. The role covers partner associates, POSH trainings, induction programs, and ongoing performance improvements.

You will coordinate with CDTs, monitor SOP adherence, and lead daily pre-shift briefings to maintain high service standards. Travel across multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years Diploma/Graduate in Hotel Management.
• 8 to 10 years of work experience in Learning & Development, preferably Luxury Hotels.
• Willing to travel across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly training calendar across sites with 100% coverage of mandatory trainings.
• Deliver classroom training and on-the-job training for all roles.
• Conduct induction for all new joiners (Lodha & Partner).
• Implement and monitor Buddy Program for onboarding.
• Conduct POSH trainings and post-training assessments with 100% certification.
• Maintain training records, attendance and certification data.
• Drive site briefings, service huddles and support audits with trainings.

Job Description: Regional Trainer Hospitality (L&D)

Department: Hospitality and Property Management
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: L&D Lead – Hospitality

Role Purpose

To drive effective training coverage and certification, service standards implementation, and behavior transformation across assigned residential sites, clubhouses, and sales galleries, ensuring delivery of hospitality experience by all associates (including partner associates).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly training calendar across assigned sites and 100% coverage of mandatory trainings. Liaise with functional heads and ensure 100% coverage of functional trainings.
• Deliver classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT) for all roles.
• Conduct structured induction for all new joiners (Lodha & Partner associates)
• Implement and monitor Buddy Program for new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct mandatory, behavioral and soft skills trainings for Lodha associates and partner associates (Helpdesk, MEP, Housekeeping, Security etc.) across the region as per the planned training calendar.
• Coordinate technical trainings for (Helpdesk, MEP, Housekeeping, Security etc.) with site CDTs and ensure all associates are trained before deployment.
• Coordinating and conducting mandatory Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) trainings for all associates (Lodha + Partner associates) with the HR department
• Conduct post-training assessments (theory + practical) and ensure 100% certification compliance.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and certification data
• Ensure all SOPs and policies are implemented at the site religiously.
• Conduct regular site audits and measure brand standards, SOP & policy implementation and capture on ground observations.
• Drive daily pre-shift briefings and service huddles
• Support mystery audits, hygiene audits, and internal audits conducted in the region and based on the audit reports conduct trainings as per the need identified.
• Identify behavioral and service gaps and create and execute site‑specific training plans
