Responsibilities

• Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices
• Conduct morning meetings and POS visits to float latest product and process updates in the market
• Conduct ILT batches for new hire sales associates
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, integrating support with routine job functions
• Enable sales managers to expand their distribution network
• Observe sales encounters, study sales results reports; confer with area/district sales managers
• Track, manage & improvise on important performance parameters linked to sales network KPI’s like attrition, risk & other benchmarks
• Succession planning to prepare bench strength for future leaders and grooming them on required skill set
