Job summary

Novateur Electrical & Digital Systems is seeking a coordinator to act as the main contact point for coordinating assignments with field teams. You will manage schedules for all case types and ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders.

The role requires graduate qualification and good Excel knowledge, with a focus on site readiness follow-ups and prioritizing service appointments for engineers.

• Coordinate with Service Engineers by managing schedules for all Case Types.
• Follow-up with Site Not ready customers/Stakeholders until the site gets ready till 30 days.
• Ensure the site preparation guidelines are communicated to customers with copy to account holders.
• Triage and prioritize existing Installation Service Appointments to ensure timely response by engineers.
