Job summary

Dharam Stainless Steel is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to streamline day-to-day sales operations and act as a liaison between sales, accounts, operations, and logistics.

The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and invoices, tracking orders, and ensuring timely updates to customers and the sales team. Strong English communication and client-handling skills are preferred. Immediate joiners encouraged.

Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing) candidates will be given preference.
• Excellent English communication and strong client-handling skills preferred.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer handling, order processing or sales support an advantage.
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and requirements.
• Coordinate with accounts, operations, logistics, and other departments for timely order execution.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records accurately.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
• Track sales orders and provide timely updates to customers and the sales team.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution.
