Role & responsibilities:

• Drive profitable regional business growth across through dealer/channel development, market expansion and sales team leadership.
• Manage multi-state revenue, dealer productivity, inventory, pricing, credit and collections.
• Develop strategic OEM relationships, improve enquiry-to-conversion, expand market coverage and ensure strong customer engagement, governance and cross-functional execution.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 15+ years of overall experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Management or Regional Business Management.
• Strong experience in multi-state regional business management.
• Proven experience managing dealer/distributor networks and channel-led B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue growth, market expansion and sales team performance.
• Experience in dealer productivity, channel development, pricing, credit, collections and inventory management.
• Prior exposure to North East / NESA OR Maharashtra markets will be a strong advantage.
• Experience managing strategic OEM/key accounts will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from Power Generation, Industrial Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Construction Equipment, Machinery, Engines or allied B2B industries are preferred.
