Job summary

Heads Quest is seeking a high-energy field sales professional to drive growth in capital equipment across Jharkhand. You will lead retail and direct sales, identify market opportunities, and expand the customer base for DG sets, HVAC, pumps and other electrical machinery.

You will manage dealers, consultants and sales teams, coordinate with service/support, and travel within Jharkhand to meet targets and build long-term relationships with industrial buyers.

Qualifications

• 5 - 12 years of experience in capital equipment/engineering sales.
• Experience in DG Sets, HVAC, Pumps, Electrical Machinery, or similar equipment.
• Strong exposure to retail/field sales and market development.
• Experience in managing dealers, consultants, and sales teams.
• Willingness to cover the assigned Jharkhand region.
