Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking an HR professional in Meerut to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training development. The role focuses on strengthening employee relations, retention, and compliance with labor laws.

You will partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, implement engagement initiatives, and analyze HR data to drive continuous improvements across branches in Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Recruitment process such as Talent Sourcing, Talent acquisition, Talent development and retention
• Build employee connect through Branch visits, engagement activities, Sampark sessions, R&R programs, Celebrations etc.
• Manage Disciplinary process, Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes such as employee engagement, retention, and grievance redressal.
• Partner with Business managers and leaders to drive employee performance, facilitate Goal setting, Performance reviews, performance dialogue
• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, HR operations, performance management, training and development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that meet organizational needs and improve overall skill levels of employees.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations and make recommendations for process enhancements.
