Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment across regional locations. The role focuses on achieving hiring targets, ensuring high-quality hires, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes including multi-round interviews and campus sourcing.

The candidate should have 3-5 years HR experience with a strong emphasis on talent management, onboarding, and employee development. This position is based in Patna and requires regional coordination.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR is required.
• 3-5 years HR experience, preferably regional/multi-location.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Reaching defined targets for hiring of assigned roles in a region/branch.
• Ensuring quality of hires across positions and locations.
• Following the recruitment process with at least two rounds of interviews (HR & Technical).
• Executing the recruitment process end-to-end including posting, screening, interviewing, and admin tasks.
• Conducting interviews at various venues based on regional requirements.
• Sourcing candidates from portals, ads, referrals, and campus drives to maintain pipeline.
• Presenting interview conduct and recommendations to seniors for manpower planning.
• Monitoring the job market and preparing analyses of movements.
• Assessing staff needs due to growth, retirements, resignations, etc.
• Collecting staff feedback as per Employee Engagement Policy.

Role & responsibilities

• Reaching the defined targets for hiring of assigned roles required in a region/branch.
• Ensuring quality of hires for all positions and locations and maintaining business interest in all hires.
• Effectively following the recruitment process and maintaining at least two rounds of interview for all positions HR & Technical.
• Full executions of the recruitment process(including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment adminstration.
• Conducting interviews at various venues on basis of applications received for the position depending upon the requirement of the Regions alloted.
• Sourcing the candidates from web portals, advertisment, referrals, campus etc to ensure pipeline of candidates.
• Send Conduct of interviews and furnish recommendations to the seniors on the the suitability of candidates in advance manpower planning.
• Monitors the job market and prepares analysis and summaries of the main job market movements.
• Assessment of staff requirement on basis of additional business increase, retirement, resignations, terminations and on account of new branch opening.
• Collecting the staff feedback as per the Employee Engagement Policy implemented.
• Coordination for accomodation and otherrequirements for training for training batch.
• Sending the profiles of assigned roles for vigilance & Coordination of the same and ensuring transparency by maintaining weekly trackers & MIS related to recruitment and Completion & Submission of daily Files.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: MBA in HR
• Experience: 3-5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in regional/multi-location HR role.
• Talent Management: Experience in recruitment, onboarding , performance mangement, succession planning, and employee development.
