Job summary

Humaquest Consulting is seeking an HR professional in Delhi to manage end-to-end recruitment and drive employee relations and HR operations. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and employee engagement.

You will also support performance management, payroll processing, benefits, attendance, and policy compliance, ensuring accurate records and timely HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and HR policy guidance.
• Support performance management, appraisals, PIPs, and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with payroll, compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave management.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance, accurate employee records, policies, and statutory documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS on turnover, absenteeism, training, and workforce metrics.
• Support employee wellness, workplace safety, and overall HR administration
