Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring for Sales & Marketing across India. You will design talent strategies, partner with business leaders, and drive timely, high-quality hires.

You will lead a team of recruiters, align hiring plans with business goals, develop interview frameworks, and monitor metrics to continuously improve performance across locations.
