Job summary

Agilets is seeking an HR Generalist specializing in end-to-end recruitment to join our Bengaluru office. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while supporting payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality, with proactive collaboration with HRBP to drive performance management and engagement initiatives.

• Good understanding of HR Generalist functions and practices.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Understand the Job Description and role requirements to identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and support a wide range of HR Generalist activities, including benefits, HR systems, payroll, and Rewards & Recognition.
• Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, exits, confirmations, payroll inputs, compliance and related HR processes.
• Act as the HR SPOC for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Support employee counselling, grievance management, and disciplinary actions, as required.
• Work closely with the HR Business Partner to implement the performance management process for respective teams.
• Plan and coordinate fun-at-work activities and communicate meetings, and other HR engagement initiatives.
