Job summary

Sindhuja Micro Credit is seeking a recruitment-focused professional to handle end-to-end hiring processes and coordinate with branches across Gorakhpur district. The role requires strong communication, training new joiners, and frequent travel to visit branches.

You will work to ensure timely hiring, maintain effective candidate pipelines, and support onboarding activities, with regular branch visits at least two days per week to keep operations aligned.
