Job summary

RBL Finserve is seeking an experienced HR leader for our Bengaluru region. The role focuses on talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and regional HR operations to support branch and regional office needs.

The candidate should manage SDC closures, BGVs, PMS, and R&R activities while driving HR initiatives in a dynamic NBFC environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR Management is required.
• 5–12 years of HR experience, preferably in MFI/NBFC sectors.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Reduce employee attrition at branches and RO; drive retention.
• Lead talent acquisition and ensure budgeted manpower across branches and RO.
• Ensure HR team performance and development to 100% efficiency.
• Conduct at least 1 employee engagement initiative per month for all staff.
• Oversee timely closure of SDC cases within defined TAT.
• Initiate and close BGV processes for the region.
• Maintain monthly employee connect across branches and staff.
• Visit at least 4 branches per month with the HR team.
• Facilitate career progression programs at regional level.
• Ensure regional PMS completion and oversight.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual R&R programs with business.
• Drive at least one new HR initiative per quarter.
• Ensure state compliance and timely adherence.

Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure minimum Employee Attrition at Branches and Regional Office and focus on Employee Retention.
• Talent Acquisition- Hire through proper channels and ensure budgeted Manpower in branches and RO.
• Ensure HR Team Performance at 100 % Efficiency level and their development.
• Conduct at least 1 Employee Engagement Initiatives /Month for all Branches and RO Employees
• Responsible for functioning and timely closure of all SDC cases within TAT.
• Ensure BGV Process timely initiation and closure for the region.
• Employee Connect All Branches and employees to be connected once in a month.
• Ensure minimum 4 Branch Visits /month for self and each HR Team Member
• Conduct Career Progression at Regional Level and ensure its completion for Employee Development.
• Frontend PMS completion at regional level
• Monthly Review with Business to map and support Business Needs.
• Drive 1 New HR Initiative in a quarter.
• Conduct Monthly, Quarterly and Annual R&R Program with Business to promote meritocracy in the Region.
• Ensure all Compliance of the State and its timely adherence.

Preferred candidate profile:

• MBA/PG in Human Resources Management.
• 5-12 years of experience in HR , preferably from MFI/NBFC sector.
• Good Communications skills.
