Job summary

Roha Housing Finance in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across sales, credit, operations, and support functions. The role also covers regional HR operations, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, coordinating with regional heads to meet hiring priorities.

Theideal candidate will have extensive HR experience in housing finance or BFSI sectors, strong recruitment skills, and the ability to manage branch/field

Qualifications

• 48 years of relevant HR experience.
• Prior experience in Housing Finance / HFC / NBFC / Banking / BFSI is strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and regional HR operations.
• Experience handling branch/field employees will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, credit, operations, collections and support functions.
• Coordinate with Regional/Business Heads on manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, employee referrals and local market mapping.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Track offer-to-joining ratios and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, manpower reports and vacancy trackers.
• Support employee onboarding, transfers, confirmations and exits.
• Handle attendance, leave, employee documentation and basic HR operations.
• Coordinate with payroll/central HR teams for employee-related queries.
• Support employee engagement activities and resolve routine employee grievances.
• Manage regional HR administration, documentation and coordination with branches.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Support audits and maintain HR records and reports.
